Privacy Policy

When guests submit sensitive information via the Fuze180 website, the information is protected both on-line and off-line. When our invoice software asks a client to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. We use Zoho Books and Zoho Subscription software, which encrypt all of your personal information including: credit card number, name, and address so it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. While visiting your invoices on these platforms, the lock icon on web browsers like Firefox and Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. The locked icon always tells a user they are on a secure page. You will also know your connection becomes secure during the checkout process by seeing the “S” for “secure” in HTTPS://… in your browser’s address block.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information on-line, we also do everything in our power to protect our client’s information off-line. All of our guest’s information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time we add new policies, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our guest’s information is protected. If you have any questions about the security at our website, or the services provided by Fuze180 Technology, you can send an email the Support Inbox or call us, both of which are listed on your invoice.

Paying your Fuze180 invoice is absolutely safe. We guarantee, with each payment you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event you are subject to fraudulent charges, as a result of paying an invoice through our partner’s website, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the our partner’s secure servers, AND providing you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We look forward to working with you and promise to make your design project a memorable one.
